Validity Period
All packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments will expire after this period.
Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services, treatments, or retail products.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment or provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of one treatment from the package.
Refund Policy
Once a package has commenced, it is non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verified medical issue.
